You may wish to have cleansing items, a candle, a crystal, herbs, paper (or journal) and pen ready before the session, you can also have a feather with you if you desire. Cleansing items, candles, herbs, feathers and crystals are available at Crystal Moon Emporium's shop and at www.crystalmoonemporium.com all of these are ethically sourced.
If you don't have these items for this gathering, don't worry, you can still join, connecting with the energy, just bring yourself, you are the most important.
I will show various ways of cleansing, including using Shamanic Aguas https://www.crystalmoonemporium.com/shamanism and some of my favourite ways of using these to cleanse "heavy energy" (too much heavy energy = "dis-ease". I will also show smoke cleansing with and without a feather.
